FAQ for Editable Canva Templates
1. How do I access my template after purchase?
Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive a PDF with a secure Canva access link. Click “Use Template” to open it directly in your Canva account.
2. Do I need Canva Pro to use these templates?
No — all templates are fully compatible with the free version of Canva unless stated otherwise.
3. Can I customize everything in the template?
Yes! You can edit colors, fonts, photos, text, layouts, and graphics. Every element is fully customizable so you can match your brand identity.
4. Can I use these templates for my clients?
You may use the templates to create final designs for your clients, but you cannot share, resell, or distribute the original editable files. (A great add-on for social media managers!)
5. Can I resell or redistribute the templates?
No. These templates are for personal and business use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim the design as your own.
6. What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. However, if you have an issue accessing your template, we’re happy to help.
7. What if I’m new to Canva?
No worries — Canva is beginner-friendly, and we provide instructions to help you customize your template with ease.
8. How many times can I use the template?

9. Do templates transfer to my phone?

FAQ – Licensing, Usage & Resale Policy
1. Can I resell or redistribute these templates?
No. These templates may not be resold, redistributed, shared, given away, or transferred in any editable format. Even though we customize and brand our templates, the original copyright does not belong to us — which means we cannot grant resale rights or PLR rights to customers.
2. Can I claim the templates as my own design?
No. You are allowed to customize and use the templates for your own business, but you cannot claim the base template design as your original work.
3. Can I use the template for client projects?
Yes — you may use the template to create final, non-editable designs for your clients (for example: branded graphics, PDFs, Instagram posts, or websites).
You cannot give clients access to the editable Canva file.
4. Why can’t I resell the templates if they’re editable?
Our templates are created using licensed PLR materials, which means we are permitted to sell the finished end-product, but we do not own or control the copyright well enough to pass on resale or licensing rights. Because of this, customers are not allowed to resell the editable template or market it as their own template product.
5. What is allowed with your templates?
✔ Customize for your business
✔ Use on your social media
✔ Use on your website
✔ Create final, uneditable designs for clients
✔ Edit as many times as you want for yourself
6. What is not allowed?
✘ Reselling the editable template
✘ Sharing the Canva link
✘ Uploading the design to any template marketplace
✘ Claiming the template as your original design
✘ Using the template to create new templates for sale
7. What if I want to sell templates of my own?
You would need to purchase your own PLR rights directly from the original creator, or design original templates from scratch. We cannot grant resale or PLR rights.
