Refund policy


1. DIGITAL PRODUCT POLICY

 

All products offered by Soul Grid Template are digital and downloadable (e.g., Canva templates, graphics, planners, content calendars, websites).

Because digital products are delivered immediately after purchase and cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense, all sales are final once the product is delivered.

2. NO REFUNDS

Due to the nature of digital products:


  • Refunds are not available after purchase.
  • Once you receive access to the digital files or download links, the sale is considered complete.
  • You are purchasing a license to use the digital product — not ownership of the original files.

 

3. EXCEPTIONS (AT OUR DISCRETION)

Although refunds are not standard, we may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis for issues such as:


  • Duplicate purchases
  • Technical issues accessing your download
  • Files that are corrupted or not working as described

To request a review, email support@soulgridtemplate.com (or your support email) with:

Your order number

A clear description of the issue

 Screenshots or error messages if applicable

We aim to respond within 48–72 hours.
